There is the step by step procedure of applying in FIRE NOC
Go the the official website and
Click on the Sign In / Sign up tab.
Enter your SSOID and Password, If you are the New User of Single Window Clearance System Application (SWCS) then fill up the details of ENTREPRENEUR / INVESTOR / INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION (ONE-TIME) otherwise you are directed to the Dashboard page.
On the Dashboard click on hyperlink (I want to submit a new application) select the appropriate option and select “NOC from Fire Department” from the list of services available.
Submit ‘Application Form’ and click on ‘Save’ button.
Make sure that all information is completely filled to avoid rejection of application.
Please keep the scanned copy of all documents which need to be submitted along with this application.
To make online payment of the fees received by the Approving Agency select “Pay Now”(registration fees is 50 rupees).
The application will be forwarded to the portal of the concerned Approving Agency for approval process.
The Inspection Reports and final Approval Certificate can be downloaded from Single Window Clearance System.
After 1 year of time, the license has to be renewed. There is the different procedure of renewal of FIRE NOC.
The applicant shall open the Online Single Window Portal using the addressOnline Services >> Click on >> Renewal of Fire NOC.
After filling the details then (Click Here to verify) email sent to register email.
After receiving email to start the application form, after filled application form than (Click on Confirm & Submit) to upload documents
The necessary documents (Scanned Copies in .pdf format) are required
To be uploaded.
Once the application is submitted it appears in the Dashboard of the
Dealing Hand and application forwarded to Assistant Director.
Assistant Director forwarded to Station Fire Officer/Asstt. Station Fire
Officers for inspection of the premises.
The Inspection Committee shall review the application and inspect the
premises and submit their inspection report for further action.
Basing on the inspection report, Further the senior officers will
scrutinize the inspection Committee report and the submit their
recommendation whether the NOC issued (or) not.
Finally, the Officers concerned have reviewed the inspection Report and
remarks given by the Assistant Director shall approve either may be
issued or not.
