If a Dealer wants to carry on the business of seed in one district of Rajasthan, then should apply in prescribed format to the Deputy Director Agriculture of the concerned district.
To obtain a license for a proposed business location in more than one district under one agricultural division, apply to the concerned joint Director Agriculture.
To obtain a license for proposed business locations in more than one division apply to Joint Director Agriculture, Jaipur.
ELIGIBILITY FOR SEED LICENSE REGISTRATION IN RAJASTHAN
Any person who wants to do the business.
DOCUMENTS REQUIREMENT FOR SEED LICENSE REGISTRATION IN RAJASTHAN
- Application forms “A” in two copies.
- Affidavit on 50 Rs stamp along with ID proof for the responsibility of the quality of seed.
- Map of Shop/ Godown.
- Ownership Proof or Rent Agreement along with electricity bill.
- Sources of seed for sale.
- If the firm is a producer, Certificate of registration on concerned state/agency.
- If the Applicant is Company Memorandum of Association and articles of the Company.
- List of Dealers(only for seed producing agencies/ companies).
- Authorization Certificate by the Company/Firm for responsible people.
RENEWAL OF SEED LICENSE IN RAJASTHAN
- Application form “C” for renewal in two copies.
- Affidavit on Rs 50 stamp along with ID proof for the responsibility of the quality of seed.
- Map of Shop/ Godown.
- Ownership Proof or Rent Agreement along with electricity bill.
AMENDMENT IN SEED LICENSE IN RAJASTHAN
Amendment in seed license in Rajasthan will be made on receipt of application together with a fee of Rs. 10 for every amendment such a change in a shop, addition of godown, change in name and address, issue of a duplicate license.
